TERMS & CONDITIONS for Free Entry to Win a Hamper

1. Promoter

The promoter is Great Ocean Road Markets Unit Trust (ABN 52 719 826 215) trading as Aireys Inlet Market of PO Box 459, Aireys Inlet VIC 3231 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

Employees, stallholders, contractors of Aireys Inlet Market, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Method

To enter, individuals must:

• Visit Aireys Inlet Market on Sunday 3 May 2026; and

• Scan the QR code available at the market; and

• Complete the online entry form including name, suburb, postcode, email address, and phone number.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Entry is free, and no purchase is required.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens at the commencement of Aireys Inlet Market 9am on Sunday 3 May 2026 and closes at 1pm AEST on 3 May 2026.

5. Prize

The prize is a luxury hamper valued at $1,500 AUD, comprising goods supplied by Aireys Inlet Market stallholders.

• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable

• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash

6. Draw Details

The winner will be determined by a random electronic draw conducted at:

Aireys Inlet Market
6 Great Ocean Road, Aireys Inlet VIC

At 1pm AEST on Sunday 3 May 2026.

All valid entries received during the competition period will be included in the draw.

7. Winner Notification & Publication

The winner will be notified by phone using the details provided at entry.

By entering the competition, entrants agree that:

• The winner’s first name may be published; and

• The winner’s photograph may be used

For promotional purposes by Aireys Inlet Market, Surf Coast Times and in communications to stallholders.

8. Prize Collection

The winner must collect the prize from Aireys Inlet Market.

Alternative collection arrangements may be made at the discretion of the Promoter.

9. Unclaimed Prize & Redraw

If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, the prize will be redrawn.

The redraw will be conducted via a random electronic draw, and the new winner will be notified by phone.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this competition.

The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Technical difficulties or failures associated with QR code access or entry submission

• Lost, late, or misdirected entries

• Any variation in prize value

If the competition is unable to run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
